About the event

ESG is becoming a critical strategic imperative and challenge for asset managers and general partners, as institutional investors look to increase allocation to ESG compliant investments. However, within real estate, there is a lack of clarity, consensus, and framework for investors to evaluate ESG investment opportunities and conduct due diligence. The virtual event will bring together leading asset managers, institutional investors, and leaders within real estate to establish a trajectory, framework, and roadmap to conduct ESG due diligence, and explore how to maximize returns.

  • What frameworks are in place to meet ESG requirements?
  • To what extent can returns and ESG requirements be balanced?
  • What investment opportunities exist for developers as they consider their carbon footprint?
  • How to incorporate climate risk into due diligence
  • What level of non-financial risk is at stake?
