Daniel represents real estate funds, financial institutions, developers and property owners in a range of commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financing, equity investments, construction lending, loan syndication, property acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, workouts and restructurings. Daniel is an active member of the Board of Directors of WaterAid America and the Board of Trustees of Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts. Daniel serves on the firm’s Alumni Committee, Attorney Integration Committee and Sustainability Committee.

Ms. Brosig has been with the firm since 2008 and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. As a Managing Director and Chief Impact Officer she oversees the measurement, management, reporting and enhancement of the company’s environmental and social initiatives.

In addition, she is also responsible for identifying ingenious approaches, including leveraging products, technologies, and partnerships, to create measurable, positive impact and value. She also works closely with the firm’s operating partners, as she integrates problem solving technology into partners’ everyday operations, which has resulted in improved performance, market differentiation, and overall better care and culture for residents, tenants and staff.

Prior to these roles she established Harrison Street University which instituted a Lean Six Sigma philosophy to elevate participants to a new level of process rigor, thereby enhancing business operations and customer satisfaction. She is also the former CEO of five start-ups including consulting, education, SaaS and retail.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Brosig spent 15 years with Motorola, Inc. where she executed a variety of corporate initiatives including: e-learning, Digital Six Sigma, leadership pipeline management, and fashion and women’s market strategies. Ms. Brosig was selected by and reported to the Chief Quality Officer to roll-out a Digital Six Sigma corporate wide initiative, which resulted in more than $800 M in savings in the first year of implementation. She also helped create the Motorola Consulting organization, which served both national and enhanced and global consulting engagements with companies such as the National Health Service (UK), Ford Motor Company (Mexico), and Royal Dutch Shell (Netherlands). Ms. Brosig began her Motorola tenure as a quartz crystal development engineer.

Before joining the industry, Ms. Brosig held research positions at Argonne National Laboratory and KMS Fusion, Inc. Ms. Brosig holds several patents and publications, and was awarded Best Presentation at the annual MOOT CORP® Global Business Plan competition.

Ms. Brosig has a BS in Physics from the University of Illinois, an MSEE from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from Northwestern University, specializing in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and International Business. She is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Ms. Brosig also has served as guest lecturer at Kellogg’s Graduate School of Business, and has appeared in Fortune, Business Week, The Wall Street Journal and on PBS.

Prior to co-founding Greenworks Lending in 2015, Jessica led the design, management, and implementation of the nation’s first successful C-PACE program at the CT Green Bank.

In its first two years, the program financed $75 million in clean energy projects and executed the first securitization of commercial efficiency assets – more than doubling the volume of C-PACE transactions between 2013 and 2014. From 2004-2012, Bailey worked at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF), an $800 million foundation based in New York. As the Fund’s program officer for sustainable development, she co-managed a $7 million portfolio of grants focused on mitigating climate change and promoting clean energy.

Jessica has received numerous awards and positive recognition for her work. Most recently, she was selected for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women of 2019 program. In 2014, Bailey was named a “Champion of Change” by the White House for solar deployment. For her work designing the successful Connecticut C-PACE program, The Hartford Business Journal dubbed her a “Green Warrior;” and after co-founding Greenworks Lending and scaling C-PACE nationally, Jessica was named to Connecticut Magazine’s 2018 list of “40 under 40.”

Jessica received her graduate degree from Yale University and undergraduate from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of YPO and sits on the board of PACENation, the League of Conservation Voters, CT and CTNext.

Isela Rosales, CAIA, serves as a Managing Director of ESG and Sustainability at Bridge Investment Group.

She leads the firm’s ESG Steering Committee to oversee the development, implementation and refinement of firm wide environmental, social and governance initiatives and practices, driving sustainable investments and operations. In addition, she is focused on expanding Bridge’s relationships across consultant and select institutional investors, including pension plans, foundations, Community Re-Investment Act groups, family offices, and impact-oriented clients.  Isela also Chaired the Bridge Women’s Network (BWN) Inaugural Kick-Off, is a Committee Member of BWN, and an active BWN mentor.

Prior to joining Bridge, Isela worked at Brevan Howard in Investor Relations, managing corporate and public pension, endowment, foundation, private wealth, and investment consultant relationships. Previously, she was Head of Client Services for Lyxor Asset Management, Inc. and Director of Marketing & Investor Relations for Coast Asset Management in their New York offices, cultivating institutional level client relationships for each multi-billion dollar firm’s hedge fund and multi-manager products. She began her career at Cambridge Associates, serving on consultant teams for the firm’s endowment, foundation, and family office clients, covering traditional and hedge fund asset classes. Isela received her dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Spanish from Stanford University, graduating with honors distinctions.

She has moderated industry panels on Real Assets, Diversity & Inclusion, and Opportunity Zones as well as supported panels as a speaker on Real Estate and Opportunity Zone investing. Isela holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and is the Chapter Head Executive for the CAIA San Francisco Chapter. She is fluent in Spanish and has competed in Ironman, endurance cycling, and marathon competitions.
