Francis is a member of Milton Street’s Investment Committee and oversees all firm activities including fundraising, investing, portfolio company management, and people development. Prior to co-founding Milton Street in 2016, he spent 11 years with The Sterling Group, where he participated in 6 platform investments and numerous add-on acquisitions, representing a total enterprise value in excess of $2 billion.

Scott has been engaged in mezzanine and structured equity investing for over thirty years, and has participated in over 200 closed investments. Prior to co-founding Peninsula Capital Partners, he co-founded Northstar Capital, Ltd., and before that participated in the successful development of Churchill Capital, Inc. Mr. Reilly’s entrepreneurial and managerial efforts in connection with founding and growing Peninsula Capital Partners have earned him broad recognition, including being named Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Entrepreneur of the Year for the state of Michigan in 2000, and receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Corporate Growth of Michigan in 2016.

During Mr. Reilly’s extensive career he has invested over $2 billion of mezzanine and structured equity capital in a broad array of industries and a wide variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, independent sponsor transactions, recapitalizations, buy-and-build strategies, growth financings, and equity repurchases. Mr. Reilly is best known as the architect of Peninsula Capital’s pioneering and unique investment program which focuses on providing mezzanine capital to non- and independently-sponsored transactions, which has become the hallmark of the firm and the foundation of its success. Mr. Reilly began his career in the corporate finance group of Security Pacific Merchant Bank, completing the bank’s credit and capital markets training program.

Mr. Reilly received a BBA in Economics Summa Cum Laude and Beta Gamma Sigma recognition from the University of North Dakota, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is a member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Reilly’s interests include fitness, reading, writing, fine arts and his family.

Reginald Binford Jr. is the founder and managing partner at Proviso Capital. He held investment banking positions at Wombat Capital, Accordion Partners and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to pursuing a career in investment banking, Binford worked as a consultant at Accenture. He currently serves on the corporate boards of Kerr Consulting and Innovative Companies.

Binford earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he concentrated in finance, accounting and strategic management. He completed his undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis where he earned a B.S. in computer science and a B.S./B.A. in finance.

Prior to joining Beckway, Michelle led Business Development efforts at a premier retained executive search firm in their Pharmaceutical practice. Preceding that, she held the position of Project Manager in both the Healthcare and Human Resources practices, helping take opportunities from conception to completion. Michelle began her career as a Marketing Associate, Client Services at Columbus Circle Investors in their Alternative Strategies group where she built a strong foundation in client relations.

Michelle earned her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a concentration in Chemistry at the University of New Hampshire.

Mr. Cunningham is President and co-founder of Touchstone Group. Touchstone has helped raise billions of dollars in institutional investor commitments to private equity and venture capital managers since 2002. Previously, Mr. Cunningham co-founded an investment management firm that developed the first life-cycle mutual funds, and advised pension fund trustees on asset-liability and governance issues. Following graduate school, he spent seven years working for Bucyrus International, ultimately as General Manager of their Chilean subsidiary. He has co-authored two books on investing, and holds a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from Williams College.

Brad Batten is a Managing Partner at Broadtree. Brad brings 14+ years of private equity, direct investing, and investment banking experience. Selected highlights from Brad's background include:

  •  Manages all aspects of the investment operation including deal sourcing/origination, diligence, execution, and strategic management and oversight of the portfolio through board of director roles

  •  Prior to joining Zwick Partners, Brad worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. At BofA Merrill Lynch, Brad was responsible for structuring and underwriting credit products for Private Equity leveraged buyouts. In addition to transaction responsibilities, Brad was instrumental in managing the bank's exposure to an $8.7Bn credit portfolio of sponsor-backed leveraged loans.

Brad earned a B.A. in History with a minor in Economics from Davidson College.

Mr. Liss joined Granite Creek as an Associate in 2018. Prior to GC, he was an Analyst at Livingstone Partners, where he primarily worked on middle-market sell-side transactions. Mr. Liss holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he graduated with honors. Jordan is a Hodgkin Lymphoma survivor and actively involved in philanthropic organizations through Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Payment is due in full at the time of registration and includes lunches, refreshments and detailed conference materials. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation.

iGlobal Forum Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy

You may substitute delegates at any time. iGlobal Forum does not provide refunds for cancellations.

For cancellations received in writing more than seven (7) days prior to the conference you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another iGlobal Forum conference for up to one year from the date of issuance.

For cancellations received seven (7) days or less prior to an event (including day 7), no credit will be issued. In the event that iGlobal Forum cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future iGlobal Forum event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.

In the event that iGlobal Forum postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future iGlobal Forum event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.

iGlobal Forum is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. iGlobal Forum shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or another emergency.
