About the Conference

Important Update:

As the community has not gathered in a while, excitement has been building up and this year, we have seen record attendance.  As the conference organizer, we carry a responsibility to gather everyone safely and to deliver value in maximizing attendance and the number of valuable introductions we can provide to you through our platform. In consideration of everyone’s safety and to deliver on both, we have made the decision to instead host the event on March 2-3, 2022.  The event will remain in-person as supported by our “in-person guarantee” policy and given the record attendance, we strongly believe this is in everyone’s best interest.


The industry has seen unprecedented deal flow and independent sponsor and capital providers find it more competitive than ever to find strong deals and quality assets on favorable terms.  High valuations, robust demand, supply chain disruptions, limitations due to COVID-19 have all affected the industry in different ways.  Capital is abundant but how do you stand out in an ultra-competitive landscape?   This year’s program has been expanded and meticulously crafted with the help of our industry advisory board to consist of two days of expert-led panels, interactive roundtables, workshops and over 10 hours of networking time and 1x1 meetings.  We look forward to seeing you at the event!
