Q: Can I switch between Forums?

A: Event registration grants attendees full access to all forums. Delegates have the flexibility to customize their agenda and are encouraged to freely navigate between the three forums based on their specific interests. This allows participants to fully engage with the sessions that align most closely with their preferences and event objectives.

Q: How do I get to go to a workshop luncheon?

Q: How do the 1:1 networking meetings work

A: The networking platform will launch 2 weeks prior to the event date. The date is pre-set & confirmed with the iGlobal Forum team in your ticket confirmation email. Attendees will be able to view via the portal, attendees’ profiles, schedule meetings ahead of the event, as well as, directly message fellow participants. Q: Is there reduced rate accommodation?

A: iGlobal Forum has arranged room blocks at various hotels in New York City to accommodate attendees. There, you will find comprehensive details and resources to assist you in making informed decisions about your stay during the event.

Q: Can I switch badges out to a colleague if I cannot attend the full day?

A: While it is possible for iGlobal Forum to consider delegate replacements for those unable to attend the full event day, such instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We kindly request that you inform us in advance if you anticipate any scheduling conflicts or attendance issues, allowing us to provide guidance and make a decision accordingly. 

Q: I only want to attend the morning keynote, is there a half-day delegate pass?

A: iGlobal Forum does not provide a half-day delegate pass option. We encourage you to consider attending the entire event to fully benefit from the valuable networking opportunities and panel discussions it offers.

Q: Dress code

A: The dress code for the event is Business Attire. We encourage attendees to dress comfortably yet professionally.

Q: Do you offer Transportation?

A: Please be advised that iGlobal Forum will not be providing transportation services for this specific event. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the venue. We recommend utilizing local transportation options such as taxis, uber, or public transportation.
